THE CHANCAY CASTLE


The located castle of chancay this to the north of the city of Lima, in the province of Huaral, district of Chancay, arriva via terrestrial; by the Pan-American North, to approximately a pair of hours of trip of the city of Lima.

The Castle of Chancay, is a castle of medioeval style, dates from lá Forties and it was constructed on a rocky cliff in Beaches of Chancay.

Her creator was Doña Consuelo Amat and Leon de Boggio, great-granddaughter of the Virrey Don Manuel Amat and Juniet Ponella and Almerch.

Doña Consuelo, married with the illustrious horseman Don Rómulo Boggio, was a lady of the great artistic sensitivity, because within their talents the one of to be poetess and written salary are told approximating of four hundred poems. She was in 1935 that decidio to construct to the Hotel Villa Madreper it, who serious a shelter for the visits that used to come to spend the summer from the city of Lima.
