BASILICA HELPING SANCTUARY OF MARIA - BASILICA SANTUARIO DE MARIA AUXILIADORA

The Basilica Sanctuary of Helping Maria in Lima, is in the Scrub district, is the most important and old parish of the salesianos in Peru, in addition it is the first sanctuary that I am constructed in Peru. From the beginning, this temple has been the center of cult to Maria, aid of the Christians in Peru. The devotion of the Limeans has been increasing day to day, arriving to solemnize the 24 of May the central celebration in where the procession of Helping Maria by the streets bordering to the parish is made.
