TUBE OF PATO

From Huallanca can to cross jump of Tube of Duck, which she is one of the so many falls that take place throughout the route of the River Santa, which it is born in the Lagoon of Conococha and ends at the Pacific Ocean.

This river is one of but the important ones of the Peruvian coast, which through the centuries has formed one narrow throat between the Black Mountain range and the White Mountain range of but of 2.000 meters of altitude.

In this place the waters of the river are pressed before leaving by a narrow edge of 500 meters of extension, to which Tube of the Duck is denominated, soon to run by declivities that end at the Pacific. This fall constitutes the hydroelectric power plant of the power station of the Tube of the Duck, in Huallanca.
